Meet the cold facial you don't have to book. The Cryo-Craze is a pair of heart-shaped cooling wands that turn a few minutes at the mirror into a soothing, depuffing massage for your face and neck.

• Curved heart heads: shaped to glide along your natural curves, from cheekbones to jawline

• A matching pair: one for each side, for an even, two-handed massage

• Soft silicone handles: your fingers stay comfortable while the heads stay cold

• Freezer or fridge: the freezer for a bracing chill, the fridge for a gentler one

  
  

How to use: chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or in the fridge for a milder cool. Glide over clean skin in upward strokes across the face and neck, always keeping them moving. Use 4 times a week for around 15 minutes, then finish with moisturiser.

Use the massage and use upward motions to massage your face and neck. Do this four times a week, 15 min each time.
